Ordering Methods

Products displayed on this website can be ordered online through our secure server provided by Ogone who are one of the largest payment service providers in Europe whose clients include retail giants like IKEA, Thomas Cook, Staples, Hallmark, Eurotunnel, Bose etc

We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Switch and Solo debit cards and through Paypal.

Place an Order

Placing an order with HardnutZ is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by fax or email).

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:

1. Find the items you want

First you will need to browse or search for the products you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our site. When you find a product that interests you click the title or name of the product or photo to see its product detail page

2. Add the products to your Shopping Cart

If you want to order a product from HardnutZ click the 'Add to Cart' button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the 'My Cart' button at the top right of every page on the site

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular product right away click the 'x' button.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the 'Shopping Cart' section of your cart click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form

4. Create Account

Enter your email address (Please keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only email address to which we can send information about subsequent orders and offers). Indicate that you are a new customer (Do not fill in the password field you will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process) Click the 'Create Account' button.

5. Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you'd like us to ship your order 
The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order

6 Using Paypal

Paypal is a safe and simple way to send money online. Once you've signed up for a free Paypal account you just need to select Paypal as your payment method when you shop with us online. 
You will be forwarded to the Paypal secure online payment gateway where you can pay securely for your products. Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to HardnutZ in the future you can use the same shipping address you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure to choose something you will remember the next time you want to place an order. Keep your password secure and remember anyone who knows your password could access your account

7 Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you've provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you're ready , click the 'Place Your Order' button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of shipment.

8 Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review or change something about the order you've placed before it enters the shipping process, click the 'Your Account' link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.

9 Viewing Orders

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online 'My Account' and sign in with your username and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method for items that have been shipped.

Order status messages include:
Pending – we've received your order. If it's showing a 'pending' status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
Processing – your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department.

Shipped – we've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected
Cancel Items or Order – you may be able to cancel an item or an entire order online, provided the item(s) in your order have not been prepared for shipment or have not been shipped. Please contact us on +44(0) 1702 530090  with your invoice number to discuss your request.

10 Updating Account Information

Updating your account information could not be easier. Log onto your account and use the sub navigation on the left hand side to locate the information you wish to change.

Delivery Times

We usually dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt using Royal Mail. This means you should receive your order within 1-2 working days of ordering. However as a safety margin we do ask that you allow 5 working days for delivery.
Please be aware that packages will not be left at the delivery address without a signature on behalf of the recipient. If someone is not present at the time of attempting delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card. If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, please contact us by phone or email. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery.

VAT

HardnutZ Snow helmet prices include VAT at the UK rate of 20%.
Our Road, Street and MTB Helmets are zero rated for VAT in UK.
Customers in other EU countries may have to pay VAT depending on location.
Customers outside the EU do not pay any VAT.
